EnglishThe Government has set the parliamentary elections for 30 November. According to the law regulating the election of members of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, the general population must be notified of the date of the elections by announcement in the Official Journal at least 90 days in advance. The Government meeting of 27 August was the last when the Government could have passed the decision to have the elections on 30 November.
