The shareholders of Oltul SA decided in the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 8 to increase share capital. Thus, 314.557 new shares were issued, 310.801 of which correspond to 227.350.54 euro, the equivalent of the cash inflow that SC "Prescon Piatra Mare" is bound to bring by a bill of sale.The rest of 3756 shares will be issued in accordance with the participation rate of the other shareholders. They can be subscribed within a month from the date the decision is published in the Official Monitor, depending on the number of shares owned.
As a consequence, the company will have a share capital of 4.122.592,5 lei, divided into 1.649.037 shares with a face value of 2.5 lei each, and the principal shareholder will be SC "Prescon Piatra Mare" with 99% of the share capital.
The shares issued by Oltul SA are listed on RASDAQ under the symbol TUOL.
The decision of the EGM will affect shareholders starting January 24.
