EnglishAgrochemical manufacturer Sinteza-Oradea posted a net profit of 2.015.832 RON for 2006, whereas in 2005 it reported a net loss of 2.112.339 RON. For last year, the company reported a financial loss of 74.067 RON, down by 91,24% compared to 2005.
Exploitation revenues reached 17.828.616 RON, increasing only 0,73%, while exploitation expenses amounted to 15.488.717 RON, decreasing 17,88% from 2005. Product sales accounted for 11.844.581 RON, corresponding to 70,22% of total revenues, which gained 21,23% year-on-year, while fixed assets amounted to 13.430.792 RON.
Sinteza Oradea shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange Tier 2, under the symbol STZ. This year, STZ shares gained 20,45%. As of September 2006, Timisoara Plaza Center holds 80% in the company.
