Exploitation revenuea amounted to 125.872.135 RON, while expenses reached 177.631.127 RON. The company"s assets were worth 82.620.913 RON, declining 5% from 2005.
UCM Resita shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, under the symbol UCM. In 2003, the company was taken over by a consortium comprising Swiss company INET and the UCM employees association, following a 13,1 million EUR transaction for 60,67% of the company shares.
