Uztel - Ploiesti will increase share capital by 447,860 EUR (1.5 million RON, thus settling the investment obligation undertaking by the Uztel - Arrayy consortium or the second year after privatization. The shareholders will convene on February 20th to formalize the decision. Uztel manufactures machinery for the mining industry, the oil industry and constructions. The company currently has a share capital of 4 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company is controlled by the Uztel Association (64.57%) and Array Products Co. LLC (16.57%). Uztel is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as UZT, the latest price being 13 RON/share.
