EnglishShareholders in Astra Romana Refinery expect for this year losses of 5.892.814 RON, according to the company"s Income and Expense Budget. Thus, the company would cut its losses by 70% compared to 2006, when Astra Romana reported losses of de 19.699.051 lei. For this year, the company expects revenues of 4.424.453 RON and expenses of 10.317.267 RON.
Shareholders have also approved the financial results for 2006, when the company posted 9.034.563 in turnover, down 41,6% year-on-year. Revenues totalled 17.778.925 RON, declining by 48,63% from 2005, while expenses reached 37.477.976 RON, increasing by 15,95% year-on-year.
Astra Romana Refinery is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as ASP and has a share capital of 113.502.269 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON/share.
