The CNVM (Romanian Securities Commission) has issued a warning to brokerage firm "Ventrust Investment" and has suspended its operating license, according to a decision published in the Commission"s bulletin yesterday.
The officials of the CNVM have decided to suspend the license of the brokerage firm until the latter pays 1% of its operating revenues to the Commission, plus the related penalties, for the January 2008-June 2010 period, according to the aforementioned document.
