Concefa SA - Sibiu intends to borrow 1 million EUR from the Romanian Commercial Bank and sell commercial space, office space, several apartments and the building in Sibiu. Shareholders will also convene to extend a credit line from the Romanian Development Bank (BRD) to 2.5 million EUR and discuss a 3 million EUR leasing collateral. Concefa concluded last year with 41.9 million RON (11.5 million EUR) and a net profit of 706,000 RON (nearly 200,000 EUR).
