The Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (CSSPP) on Tuesday licensed another four companies to manage mandatory private pensions (pillar II), thus raising the total number of such companies to 11. The latest four are OTP Fond de Pensii SA, BT Aegon Fond de Pensii SA, AIG Fond de Pensii SA and Generali Fond de Pensii SA.
CSSPP also licensed five companies to act as private pension brokers: Filas Broker de Pensii Private SRL, Crefo Broker de Pensii Private SRL, SE Fond - Broker de Pensii Private SRL, Fehu Broker de Pensii Private SRL and Banat FIM Broker de Pensii Private SRL.
The other seven mandatory private pension companies that have been licensed so far are: ING Fond de Pensii SA, AVIVA Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Privat SA, Omniasig Pensii - Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Privat SA, Prima Pensie Fond de Pensii SA, BRD Fond de Pensii SA, Interamerican Societate de Adminsitrare a unui Fond de Pensii Privat SA and BCR Administrare Fond de Pensii SA.
