Dan Ivan is the new Acting Administrator of Zentiva (BSE:SCD), one of the leading pharmaceutical companies operating in Romania, according to a press release issued by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Ivan was appointed Acting Administrator after the former Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alexandru Cernak, resigned and the decision was made that the other Board Members elect appoint a new Administrator during a General Meeting scheduled for 10 September.
Zentiva has a share capital of 41.69 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Venoma Holdings Limited controls 50.98% in the company. Zentiva NV holds 23.93%. Zentiva shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) Tier II since 13 August 1998.
