EnglishThe National Highway & National Roads Company and the National Railway Company (CFR) will receive 90 million USD each through a foreign loan to support the transportation infrastructure strategy. The money will come from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and will be used to reduce transportation costs by improving the overall quality of national roads and railways in the first years after accession to the EU. The loan and all related costs will be paid by the Ministry of Transportation, Construction and Tourism over 17 years.
