EnglishThe Management Board of Oil Terminal Constanta will propose to the shareholders the payment of a gross dividend of 0,00123 RON/share, 4,3 times less than in the previous year, when the company paid a gross dividend of 0,0054 RON/share, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Shareholders will analyze the proposal in the General Meeting, which will be held on April 26th. The total value of dividends amounts to 716.808 RON. Oil Terminal concluded 2006 with a preliminary net profit of 2,28 million RON, 2,5 times less compared to the previous year. The company posted 121,5 million RON in turnover, down by 5% year-on-year. Oil Constanta has a share capital of 58,24 million RON. The majority shareholder is the Ministry of Industry and Resources, holding 61,39% in the company, while Broadhurst Investments Ltd. holds 11,66%.
