EnglishThe Board of Ropharma SA has called a shareholder meeting for 11.02.2008 to discuss a share capital increase from 1,381,927.5 RON to 3,938,123.30 RON. The company will issue 25,561,958 shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Preemptive rights will be granted to shareholders registered as such until September 20th, 2007. The funds resulting from this operation will be used mainly to expand and modernize the existing pharmacy network and reconfigure the central warehouse. The company will also enlarge the distribution fleet and improve the IT system.
