"Ropharma" wants to move from the Rasdaq to the first tier of the BSE

The shareholders of "Ropharma" Braşov will discuss on September 14th, the proposal to transfer shares from the Rasdaq market to the Ist tier of the BSE.

Another item on the agenda is the increase of the share capital by 16.44 million lei, from 12.65 million lei to 29.1 million lei. The operation would involve the issue of 164.48 million shares, with a face value of 0.1 lei, with an allocation rate of 1.3 new shares for each share held by the registration date.

The third item to be discussed will be the taking of an additional loan from ING Bank to the limit of 15 million Euros.

Ropharma is indirectly controlled by businessman Mihai Miron. The companies ADD Pharmaceuticals and Rimia Investments, registered in Cyprus, hold 23.4%, and 26.6% of the shares, respectively. Another shareholder of the company is Arrow Pharmaceuticals, a company registered in the United States, which holds 31.31% of the company, whereas the Authority For State Assets Recovery (AVAS) holds 0.33%.
