LukOil Romania concluded H1 with a net profit of 11.9 million USD, down by 34% year-on-year, according to CEO Constantin Tampiza quoted by NewsIn. "Our profit decreased from last year because the world oil price increased, and so did the price of oil byproducts. Besides, Petrom sold fuel for a smaller price than we did, but we could not meet their price because we were having losses. So our price was higher," Tampiza said. In the first six months of last year, LukOil reported a net profit of 18 million USD.
