The General Assembly of Shareholders of CET Braşov SA recently met in order to approve the transfer of the pumping station Timiş Triaj 6, as payment of the debts that the company has accrued towards the Tax Office of the city of Braşov and to the General Public Finance Department of Braşov. Apart from the building and the afferent installations, the pumping station sits on a plot of land with a total surface of 10,353 sqm, with an estimated worth of 1.356 million lei. By this payment, CET Braşov SA extinguished all its debts towards the local budget of the city of Braşov. Iosif Gulacs, Engineering Manager of CET Braşov SA, said that the company owes 5.81 million lei to the local budget, and the appraisal of the building which was assigned puts its value at 8.478 million lei.
"For the remaining 2.667 million lei, CET has implemented a lien through a meeting of the board. This will help extinguish all the debts of the company towards the Tax Office of the Mayoralty and the General Department of Public Finance Braşov", said technical manager of CET, Iosif Gulacs. According to him, the installations inside the building which was assigned are already owned by the city of Braşov, as is the entire heating grid.
After the decision of the Assembly of Shareholders of CET Braşov, the Local Council acknowledged the extinguishment of the debts of CET Braşov SA to the public budget.
